Ashley Waknine, LMHC

Ashley Waknine is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and credentialed life coach through the International Coach Federation who lives and practices in Boca Raton, FL. Ashley obtained her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University, Colorado. After working at all levels of substance abuse treatment and helping disenfranchised youth populations, Ashley opened her own practice to help young people find resilience and success in life. The decision was inspired by the strength of her sister who struggled and overcame tremendous mental health challenges in her adolescent years.

Ashley is an expert on adolescent growth and development. She works privately with adolescents and young adults, and consults with parents, educators, and child advocates to provide the best conditions for healing and growth.  In her free time, Ashley loves to be with her husband and two kids. She is a creative at heart who simultaneously worked as a professional actress in London and Los Angeles for 10 years prior to opening her counseling practice. When time allows, you can find Ashley taking on creative projects and traveling the world with her family and friends.
