In this session, we’ll take a look at how growth and development is meant to unfold and what can lead a child to struggle with emotional and behavioral problems. We’ll build a framework from which to think about your child’s situation and what is needed to bring them back to health.

About the teacher

Ashley Waknine

Ashley Waknine is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and life coach who lives and practices in Boca Raton, FL. Ashley obtained her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University, Colorado. After working at all levels of substance abuse treatment and helping disenfranchised youth populations, Ashley opened her own practice to help young people find resilience and success in life. The decision was inspired by the strength of her sister who struggled and overcame tremendous mental health challenges in her adolescent years. Ashley is also a parent consultant who specializes in an attachment-based developmental approach. She supports parents in their ability to overcome relationship obstacles and raise healthy, happy, successful children.
